We're looking for a warehouse to rent with at least 120m² of office space. The warehouse needs to be spacious, functional and well laid out, with enough room to store our goods, whilst providing a comfortable and pleasant office space for our team. We prefer a working environment that is both practical and pleasant, with facilities that meet the needs of a modern office, such as good lighting and open or partitioned workspaces as required. The warehouse should be in an accessible and convenient location, ideally in the region close to major roads and business parks. We would also be interested in an offer that includes additional services such as regular maintenance of the premises to ensure an optimal working environment. If you have a space that meets these criteria, we would be happy to discuss rental terms.
